Project Overview

Berglund Construction was selected to work with the City as the Construction Manager to renovate the Community Center. The Y offers programs and services focused on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The facility includes a four-lane, 25 yard pool, gyms for toddler/youth/adult sports, new aerobic studio, new locker rooms, mens/womens steam rooms, fitness center, handball court, game room, music room and several multi-purpose rooms.
