Project Overview
Berglund Construction constructed a new 38,000-sqft, two-story medical office building to accommodate outpatient services and emergency care for the parent hospital. The steel and masonry structure with metal stud backup is highlighted by a glass window facade to accentuate the base hospital building and to serve as a “magnet” destination on the hospital campus.
The development of the project required multiple estimates, which led to the establishment of a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Developer and KishHealth System. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing were scheduled performed on a design-build delivery.
