Berglund Construction completed the redevelopment of a quarter city block in downtown Valparaiso to create the Rotary Library Garden for the Porter County Public Library. The 16,000 square foot outdoor library is located directly across from the Valparaiso Porter County Public Library and includes whimsical touches.
