Project Overview

Berglund Construction performed the interior renovations of three floors at 2122 York Road Office Building. Renovations included existing office space incorporating lower level WiFi lounge, conference rooms, training areas, and an updated lobby area.

The interior finishes included refinished terrazzo flooring, travertine infilled walls with granite base, elevator refinishing, all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work with new casework, audiovisual, low voltage and life safety upgrades throughout. Work also incorporated a renovated exterior façade with a structural steel and glass canopy as well as landscape renovation.
