Project Overview

Berglund built the new 23,511-sqft village hall in Montgomery, Illinois. The building serves as an anchor and catalyst for the redevelopment of Montgomery. The new Village Hall holds public meeting rooms that include the village board, community rooms and multi-purpose rooms. The building also has a staff area with a full service counter for people to conduct business as well as a three-tiered lobby with terrazzo flooring and a water fall feature outside of of the building wit landscaping.
