Project Overview

Berglund Construction provided self-perform services for the City of Madison at the Monona Terrace Facility. Our team was tasked with power-washing the entirety of the exterior of the facility and the entire length of the seawall that separates Lake Monona and the adjacent bike path.

While this work may seem simple on the forefront, it required constant coordination to ensure areas were available for power-washing. The convention center was fully functional throughout our work requiring schedule coordination and parking relocation.
