Project Overview

Berglund Construction was involved in a complex project that included creating openings in a concrete slab and coring a wall for plumbing repairs. This work was crucial for the loading dock area, used by multiple towers, neighboring venues, and a river tour company. The project, split into two phases, required careful coordination due to space constraints and weight restrictions. Unexpected challenges like mismatched drawings and additional repairs added complexity. In the end, Berglund was able to effectively & successfully restore the sewer pipes and plumbing.
