Lathrop Hall was built as a women’s gym and union for the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, Wisconsin. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, celebrated for being the founding site of the Athletic Conference of American College Women in 1917, and for hosting the courses for the first dance major in the U.S. in 1926.
Berglund Construction was hired to perform exterior envelope repairs for the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Lathrop Hall. The work scope included sandstone patching, tuckpointing, window painting, glazing, perimeter sealant, and storm window installation.
