Project Overview

Berglund successfully executed extensive facade and restoration work for Hilltonia Middle School. The project was prompted by damages of the building, particularly affecting the existing Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). In collaboration with a specialty subcontractor, we facilitated a seamless installation of the new EIFS system over the summer, prioritizing efficiency and timely completion. Our team worked closely with the owner to ensure the new color closely matched the original, achieving a remarkable success in preserving the visual integrity of the structure.

Berglund executed comprehensive masonry restoration for Centennial High School. Our scope of work included brick replacement, meticulous replacement of sealant around all doors and windows, restoration of lintels throughout the building, and intricate tuckpointing.
