Berglund Construction served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the exciting Fanduel MVP Sportsbook project at Fairmount Park Racetrack. This endeavor involved a comprehensive gut renovation of 2,500 square feet of existing interior racetrack space, transforming it into a cutting-edge Fanduel Sportsbook designed to enhance the experience of Fairmount Park's patrons.

The project encompassed various aspects, including the modernization of mechanical systems, the installation of custom millwork, and the incorporation of Fanduel-branded finishes. Notable features included a custom turf wall, upgraded lighting, and the installation of gaming kiosks.

Crucially, the project was meticulously managed to align with a demanding schedule, culminating in its successful completion just in time for the prestigious Kentucky Derby. The construction team's dedication and precision ensured a seamless and timely opening for this state-of-the-art sportsbook facility.
