Project Overview

Berglund served as the general contractor for the Columbus State Community College Davidson Hall Exterior Improvement projects, overseeing a comprehensive range of enhancements. Our work scope encompassed exterior tuck pointing, sealing, and window replacements. Berglund self-executed joint-sealant replacement, tuckpointing, and brick replacement, incorporating the installation of new flashing at limestone caps for added structural integrity.

In addition to these meticulous facade improvements, all store front and exterior doors were systematically replaced. As part of our commitment to quality and durability, the building was outfitted with a state-of-the-art SBS Modified Bitumen roof system, ensuring enhanced weather resistance and longevity.
