The project includes a full interior renovation of existing program spaces, transforming areas for training classes, adding new office spaces, and creating modern conference rooms. It also involves the installation of upgraded HVAC equipment, as well as enhancements to the fire suppression and electrical systems to meet current standards.

On the exterior, the project featured a new roofing system and extensive masonry restoration, including tuckpointing, lintel replacements, and the replacement of deteriorated terra cotta. Additionally, new limestone elements were installed, ensuring both structural integrity and aesthetic improvement.
