Project Overview

Berglund Construction completed the build-out of an existing warehouse that CE Sundberg would use as their corporate headquarters and custom warehouse distribution center. The scope of work included new concrete, plumbing, electrical, doors and hardware. Additional work consisted of the renovation of the executive office suite, a large conference room, kitchen and administrative areas as well as the modernization of the exterior facade by adding new lighting, landscaping and signage.
