This project involved renovating 20 floors of the Blue Chip Spa Tower in Michigan City, Indiana, affecting 302 rooms. Updates included new wallpaper, carpets, light fixtures, and bathroom accessories. The work was scheduled around furniture deliveries, which occurred roughly every 30 days for each floor. Simultaneously, Berglund also remodeled the café and deli at the same location.
