Within this scope, Berglund renovated an existing buffet restaurant space at the Blue Chip Casino into a fast-casual style restaurant. The work included demolition of existing conditions, demising part of the space for future improvements, framing, drywall, flooring, decorating, millwork and finish carpentry, new kitchen equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. The space had been unused for several years, and is located adjacent to the main entry of the casino. Flooring repairs and new kitchen equipment was required in an operating kitchen that is shared with another restaurant space at the casino.
