Project Overview

Berglund Construction created a pirate-themed outdoor interactive play park for Lake County Parks and Recreation. The outdoor discovery center and playground includes an active stream and pond, interactive water features and splash pad, and a pirate ship built with play structures with working masts and sails. This whimsical park features unique touches like a wooden train bridge, cave, spitting pelican, and whale slide with a misting blow hole.
