Project Overview

Bank Financial hired Berglund Construction to build its new corporate headquarters in Burr Ridge, IL. This new construction project consisted of a three-story, 60,000-sqft structural steel masonry building. Special systems included high-density file storage, under-slab and footing drainage with redundant emergency pump, white noise, security control and access, FM200 fire suppression and emergency back-up generator. The owner required a fast-track schedule, and Berglund delivered. The owner occupied the new headquarters within 12 months of schematic design.
