Berglund maintains a well-established and ongoing partnership with Randolph 700 LLC, characterized by a history of successful collaborations. In this particular engagement, Berglund was tasked with executing an interior build-out encompassing a 4,000 square foot office space situated within a high-rise condominium building.

The project's scope extended to the comprehensive reconfiguration and enhancement of existing mechanical and electrical systems, the installation of new interior partition walls, upgraded flooring, meticulous millwork, and precise painting. Importantly, the project demanded a high level of coordination with building owners and fellow suite/condo occupants to ensure access to shared mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems outside of Suite 700, while also facilitating any necessary shutdown procedures.
