“Every day, it is important that we try to do the right thing at the right time in every aspect of our business. The closer each of us can stay true to that maxim, the better our company will be. We have identified honesty and integrity as strategic anchors of our company, meaning they are one of the consistent traits that have allowed us to exist and thrive for 109 years. This is not a vague corporate goal, but rather a very personal individual commitment that is asked of each of us. This commitment impacts how we earn our client’s trust, the interactions with our trade partners, how we treat each other, and how we value the construction industry. This is something we need to hold each other accountable for, at all levels. If any employee, client, or trade partner ever has any issue or reason to question the fairness or integrity in any matter, I want to know about it. For that purpose, we instituted a 24-hour,7‑day a week hotline and website for your use in report, please note this is handled by a third party firm and your identity is completely anonymous if you so desire. We take this responsibility very seriously.”

- Violation of Drug and Alcohol Policy
- Violence in the workplace
- Boisterous or disruptive activity
- Negligence or improper conduct leading to property damage or personal injury
- Insubordination / disrespectful conduct
- Safety or health violations
- Discrimination or harassment
- Possession of Weapons
- Excessive absenteeism
- Unauthorized use of telephones, mail system, computers or other employer-owned equipment.
- Unsatisfactory performance or conduct
- Failure to abide by all rules and regulations of clients at project sites
- Improper conduct while on or off duty
- Offensive statements based on race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, disability or veteran status.
