Toni Graham

Director of Community Initiatives

Toni is responsible for community relations and subcontractor compliance. She is a valued member of the Berglund project team. She will work with the entire team to enhance and expand outreach efforts to local government officials, community leaders, organizations and subcontractors for the purpose of generating interest in the project for its success in obtaining MBE/WBE participation. In addition, Toni will lead the charge in obtaining MBE/WBE subcontractor participation and assuring all certification documentation is accurate and valid. She works with the project management team to assure the project is in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies.
