Senior Estimator

As Estimator, Tim works closely with our project team to solicit subcontractor pricing, develop detailed estimates and prepare highly competitive Guaranteed Maximum Pricing GMP’s. He will assist the Preconstruction Manager in budgeting all projects. Tim's disciplines include: Institutional, Education, Commercial, Municipal, and Healthcare. His attention to detail, planning, creative problem solving and focus are valuable assets to his clients and to the Berglund Construction team. Tim will assist in construction document reviews, defining contractors’ scope of services, identifying appropriate subcontractors for bidding, soliciting and reviewing all bids and preparing contract drafts for Preconstruction Manger’s review. Outside of Berglund, Tim enjoys playing and watching soccer, reading tech savvy articles and developing apps.
