Scott Giba

Vice President, Education & Commercial

As a Vice President, Education and Commercial, Scott is responsible for the administration and successful execution of construction projects within Berglund's Chicago Building Division. He is responsible for budgets, estimating support, value engineering, trade contractor analysis and provides constructability recommendations. Scott works closely with owners and architects from the beginning of the design phase through project completion in order to achieve effective budget control and schedule completion. He is a resource and mentor to the project management staff and enjoys spending time outdoors in his free time.
