Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Geshwender is Berglund's executive vice president and chief financial officer. He is responsible for all finance and accounting issues including financial planning, budgeting and all transaction processing. He is Berglund's crusader working as a support member in investment banking activities, including structuring financing, developing pro forms and negotiating terms. Kevin knows that Berglund is a true treasure because of its people ­- they make the company great. He is passionate about gardening, the success of his children and reading.
