As Special Projects Manager, Kevin leads, manages, and executes key company initiatives at projects across the company. These initiatives span safety, quality, production, innovation, and communication. Collaborating with Restoration Division President Jack Tribbia, Kevin’s main areas of focus are on self-perform work and yard activities. A tuck pointer by trade, Kevin is hands-on in ensuring operational excellence flows through all levels of the company.
