Jeff Nosich

Project Executive

With over 18 years of experience within Chicago's residential housing market, Jeff specializes in market-rate, adaptive reuse, historic, and affordable housing projects.

His current focus is on multi-family and hospitality projects in the Chicagoland area. Jeff leads our efforts within the affordable housing arena and work alongside the HUD, IHDA and DOH. Jeff is also a Certified Registered Architect in Indiana and a Certified Passive House Builder earning accolades such as the Driehaus Award for Preservation and recognition from the American Institute of Architects and civic groups.

In 2016, Jeff showcased his unique skillset by playing a pivotal role in pioneering the use of PVC in DWV systems for multi-family buildings at the Carling Hotel on LaSalle Street. Through his continued work at Berglund, he helps build stronger communities by prioritizing local and diverse workforce utilization, supporting local businesses, and assisting community members in attaining higher-paying careers.
