Greg Garland, Director of Preconstruction, has more than 25 years of experience in the industry providing preconstruction services on a variety of commercial construction projects. Greg oversees the Building Division’s Estimating Department providing key insights throughout the bid process. He leads our team by providing cost knowledge and technology to deliver both, simple and complex projects, at the best value for our clients.
