With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a belief in "always doing it right," Dwayne has achieved remarkable results, managing budgets, providing estimating support, implementing value engineering, conducting trade contractor analysis, and making constructability recommendations.

For the past seven years, he has spearheaded the Quality Program, driving significant progress in this crucial area.
