Senior Project Manager

Bill Ziemek is a Berglund Construction Senior Project Manager working out of the restoration division. His responsibilities include subcontract analysis & compliance, COI's, ensuring all workers are protected and working in a safe work environement, negotiating contract values and scope reviews and leading the construction team to a successful finish. In Bill's free time he enjoys building / making furniture with his kids, being and umpire for IHSA baseball and golfing with his wife and kids.
