Alex is passionate about working for a company that delivers high-quality results for its clients. As Estimator, Alex works closely with our project team to solicit subcontractor pricing, develop detailed estimates and prepare highly competitive GMP’s. Alex assists the Director of Preconstruction with construction document reviews, defining contractors’ scope of services, identifying appropriate subcontractors for bidding, soliciting and reviewing all bids and preparing contract drafts.
