A talented estimator has joined Berglund’s preconstruction team as we continue to find innovative ways to bring value to our clients before building begins.

Mihika Sajip brings both architecture and construction experience to the firm, having worked on a diverse array of projects in the US and India in design and estimating roles. With a bachelor of architecture and a master’s degree in construction management, Mihika will work closely with our client and architect partners to deliver exceptional preconstruction services.

“What I offer is a synthesis of excellent estimating and architectural skills in both horizontal and vertical construction sectors,” Mihika said.

Mihika is based out of Berglund’s Chicago office, where she will focus on new construction and interior renovation projects in our key markets of healthcare, K-12 and higher education and commercial. Her team, led by Terry Hellmich, also supplements estimating efforts in other Berglund offices around the country.
