We are excited to announce that Josh Schoon, Project Executive at Berglund, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana. This important position underscores Josh’s dedication to the local community and youth development.

As a resident of Chesterton, Indiana, Josh’s connection to the Boys & Girls Club is especially meaningful. His commitment extends beyond his professional role; he is passionate about supporting the youth in our community. Currently, he serves as Vice Chair of Membership for Professionals Advancing Local Success (PALS), a group of young professionals partnering with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana to advocate for, support, and mentor its youth.

In his new role on the Board, Josh will help guide the organization’s direction, raise funds, and establish policies. Additionally, he will take on Board assignments to assist the Club's staff.

With his involvement as a coach, community leader, and member of the Berglund team, Josh will leverage his expertise to make a lasting impact. He is committed to building the facilities necessary for youth development and advocating for families throughout Northwest Indiana.
