In 1932, Armin Hirsch had a vision to produce only the most innovative automotive chemicals. Now, 84 years later, Gold Eagle is expanding their Corporate headquarters by 10,000 Sq. Ft. to accommodate the company's future growth. As the construction manager, Berglund added a 1-story addition and renovated the existing Gold Eagle Co. Manufacturing Facility. The addition was added next to existing office space and an employee parking lot which remained operational during construction. This expansion has provided needed space for collaboration among teams onsite and from around the world. The building now includes 18 offices, 71 workstations, 7 conference rooms, 3 informational technology room and common areas. This project took 10 months to complete.
