Berglund Construction is thrilled to announce the commencement of work on the highly anticipated Duneland Family YMCA Healthy Living Campus project. This transformative initiative, spearheaded by the Duneland Family YMCA and executed by Berglund Construction, marks a significant milestone for the community, promising to serve as a cornerstone for education, health, and social engagement in Duneland and the Greater Northwest Indiana Region.

Throughout July and August, Berglund Construction will undertake interior enabling work in preparation for the larger demolition phase slated to begin in the fall. This initial phase focuses on internal areas of the building that are already vacated, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding community and ongoing activities at the site. The careful planning and execution of this stage emphasizes our commitment to the community’s wellbeing and operational excellence.
