Berglund is thrilled to be working with an amazing team of preservation experts on the Chicago Cultural Center Grand Army of the Republic Restoration.

The project focus is returning the building’s Grand Army of the Republic Memorial Hall and Rotunda to their original 1890’s appearance. The ongoing project includes historic finishes restoration, repairs and restoration of the 62,000-piece art glass dome and re-introducing the original exterior skylight, MEP upgrades, and roofing repairs.
