Last night Berglund Construction was honored at 13th annual Legendary Landmarks Celebration at the Hilton Chicago, 720 S. Michigan Ave. More than 830 guests attended our 13th annual Celebration to honor our Legendary Landmarks and contributed over $850,000 to support Landmarks Illinois programs!

Landmarks Illinois, a membership-based nonprofit organization advocating for the preservation and reuse of historic and architecturally significant properties throughout the state. Each year, Landmarks Illinois’ Legendary Landmarks Celebration honors civic and cultural leaders who are making an impact on Chicago and Illinois. The event hosted around 860 guests. Berglund received the prestigious Corporate Legendary Landmark Award and accepting the award was Fred Berglund. Fred has expanded Berglund’s new building and restoration services during his executive tenure, while maintaining our firm’s core values of client satisfaction, innovation and operational excellence.
